Integula Consulting is an independent consultancy practice which specialises in business management and technology consulting to organisations in the professional services sector. Founded in January 2007, our clients include some of the leading names in the UK, European and Global real estate, legal and insurance claims management markets.
With in-depth experience in business and IT leadership, we work closely with clients to develop trusted, long term relationships that add value at every opportunity through knowledge sharing, capability enhancement, and independent, expert advice.

Our team is led by Paul Rogers, an accomplished business and technology leader with over 30 years experience in systems and business leadership in the property and legal sectors. Paul founded Integula in 2007 and has built an enviable base of loyal clients, many of whom have engaged us numerous times to help with a variety of assignments.
Paul has a background in both technology and business operations. Having started his career with a leading property systems developer, Paul went on to become a National Director at JLL where he worked in technology, change management, and business operations in the both the UK and Europe before joining Eversheds as Head of Business Solutions. In addition to his role as Director at Integula, Paul is also co-founder and COO of leasle Limited, the innovative solution for real estate documents and data.
Paul works with a small group of trusted associates who bring extensive complementary skills in surveying, accounting, technology and enterprise architecture. Each brings extensive practical experience at senior levels within some of the world's leading professional service firms.
